Who processes your data

This website is run by Tumanov Group, an independent real estate sales agency. Contact: info@millennium-condominium.com, WhatsApp. We are not the developer or the owner of the Millennium Condominium project.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form on this site: your name, phone number, preferred channel, and the page the enquiry was sent from. We also record the time of the enquiry and a hash of your IP address to protect the form from spam. We do not ask for email, passport details or payment details on this site.

Why

To answer your enquiry about this project: send the price list, the floor plans, booking terms or an answer to your question, and to continue that conversation. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, pass it on for advertising or add you to a newsletter.

Who receives it

Enquiries are stored on our hosting (Hostinger) outside the public folder of the site and are delivered to our sales team through Telegram and email. If you ask, we pass your request to the developer for booking only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours earlier by writing to info@millennium-condominium.com.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers on first load. Analytics counters, if enabled, start only after your consent in the banner. Anything the site remembers between visits stays in your own browser.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@millennium-condominium.com; we reply within 30 days.

Security

Enquiries travel over HTTPS. We never ask you to transfer money to a personal card or personal account and never ask for bank login details. If such a request comes in our name, it is not from us.
